The LCWS Human Resources
The LCWS Human Resources goal is to support Vision 2024, our community center. The Vision 2024 objective has yet to be reached, so our collaborative efforts with community members would involve providing additional resources like job search assistance, resumes, help with paperwork for government assistance, and Any additional information that a member may require. Each member’s involvement is critical to this process.
These are the tasks that human resources will perform following the completion of the community center.
- Recruiting new hires
- Evaluating employee performance
- Ensuring fair compensation and benefits
- Training community members and promoting their growth and development.
- Protecting the health and safety of all community members
- Reviewing resumes- helping community members with employment
- Ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws and employment standards.
